Our comprehensive 12 hour course facilitated by our Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE) incorporates the Lamaze 6 Healthy Birth Practices which are based on the most recent, evidence-based research. The Breastfeeding 101 Course was designed to provide peripartum breastfeeding support for routine care and common problems, recognize and be able to address breastfeeding challenges and special situations after discharge and throughout infancy and understand the unique needs of families.

This package is your one-and-done solution when planning for your amazing birth! The Ultimate Birth Support Package combines a fully loaded birth doula package, a comprehensive childbirth education class, and postpartum doula care. As well as some treats and extras!  Education, support, empowerment, and pampering. This package truly has your back!

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE:

  • 1 initial get to know you meeting

  • 2 private prenatal sessions to plan your birth, discuss preferences, and help you and your partner feel confident about the journey ahead.

  • Professional in person support during your labor and birth with no additional fees or time restrictions.

  • Admission to the Lamaze Certified Childbirth Course for yourself and your partner

  • Placenta Encapsulation

  • 3 postpartum care sessions during your postpartum period. Many families choose to schedule these sessions in the first week at home, with your initial visit in the first 48 hours.

  • A postpartum care kit (to include perineal poultices!)

  • A herbal postpartum soak.

REIKI SERVICES

What is Reiki?

​

Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing, This tradition was founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century and evolved as a result of his research, experience, and dedication. When this energy flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within and around us, and we experience a sense of well-being. Reiki treatments can help the body emotionally or spiritually. It is a tradition that is open to any belief system.

Reiki treatment is a process that anyone can enjoy in the normal course of their life. Reiki can be used alongside other conventional or complementary treatment and often helps to provide emotional support during recovery. The practice is taught by Reiki masters / teachers who have trained in the tradition passed on in person from master to student.

During a Reiki session, the recipient remains clothed and lies on a couch or sits on a chair and relaxes. The practitioner gently places their hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on or near the body. There is no massage or manipulation. The whole person is treated rather than specific areas. Sessions can take 45 minutes to an hour-and-a-half, depending on the client’s needs.
